My Story

was just a small child—maybe four or five—when I had my first asthma attack. Not long after, eczema showed up too. At the time, doctors gave us medicine that seemed to help, at least for a little while. But as the years passed, the symptoms got worse, and the medications got stronger. Each visit to the doctor meant a new prescription, a new dosage. Yet the more I took, the more my body seemed to fight back.

As a child, I lived with daily stomach pain. I remember holding my belly in class, trying to ignore the discomfort while also struggling to focus. Learning became harder. I had to study longer just to keep up, all while battling constant itching, dry skin, and fatigue.

When I hit my teens, things only escalated. Asthma, eczema, allergies, dandruff—they all flared, especially during the winter. My skin would crack and bleed. My breathing felt like a chore. I knew something had to change.

That’s when I first stepped into the world of alternative health. I started with daily exercise. At first, it was just movement, but quickly, I noticed something remarkable: I felt better. Within days, then weeks, my energy returned, and the symptoms began to ease.

Inspired, I started experimenting with diet. I explored veganism, low-glycemic foods, and cleaner eating. But the pull of fast food—those childhood comfort foods—was powerful. I went vegan in 2012, but I wasn’t ready. Thanksgiving came, and I caved. I went back to my old habits, and with them came the return of symptoms, stronger than before.

Some years, my eczema was so severe, I would scratch myself to sleep. My skin burned with dryness—my lips, hands, face, even my eyes. I felt like I couldn’t breathe right. And deep down, I knew: this wasn’t just about my skin. It was about what I was feeding my body.

In 2019, my body hit a breaking point. Medications triggered a full-body breakout of eczema. It happened again in 2024. But this time, I didn’t go back to prescriptions. I turned to the earth—herbs, teas, natural remedies. I trusted in what nature provided, and slowly, I began to heal.

That was the moment everything changed. I realized healing wasn’t just about food. It was about the way I thought. The way I moved. The space I lived in. So I changed it all.

The journey wasn’t easy. It took years—only in the past three have I truly committed to the process. I stopped eating fast food. I eliminated highly processed foods and common allergens. I built a balanced diet filled with both macro- and micronutrients. I became mindful of my breath, my energy, my habits.

And now? My eczema is nearly gone. My breathing is clearer. My digestion, stronger. My mind, sharper.

This transformation was made possible by the healing power of herbs—many of which I’ve blended into the teas I now create. I believe true health begins in the mind, flows through the gut, and radiates as energy in your life. These plants helped restore my health—and I believe they might help you too.

There is powerful science behind these herbs. But there’s also something deeper—something you feel when your body finally starts to align with nature. Doing so has not only made me healthier but happier as well.

I’d love to share more of my journey with you. And maybe, hear yours as well.
